We are very sorry, currently accessible seats cannot be booked online.

Essential Companion Scheme
Epsom Playhouse would like everyone to enjoy our venue, so we have adopted an Essential Companion Scheme which allows members a free ticket for a companion. A member of our Box Office team will be in touch once we have received your application.
Should you require any support to fill out an application please contact our Box Office on 01372 742226
For more information, take a look at our Disability Access Policy
Hearing Impaired
The Main Auditorium is fitted with infra-red hearing induction loops. There are headsets and neck loops available on the day; please contact the Box Office for details.
Visually Impaired
Partially slighted or blind customers can sit anywhere, with or without a companion. We recommend that customers whose vision is limited be accompanied, as they may find it difficult to leave the building in an emergency.
Assistance dogs are welcome at Epsom Playhouse. When making a booking please inform the Box Office, so they can ensure adequate space adjacent to an aisle is booked.
Braille signage is located throughout the building.
Large print versions of all our literature are available on request.
The Playhouse is unable to provide a BSL/Interpreter for the shows that are received by the theatre. Anyone who wishes to attend a performance at the theatre are very welcome to bring their own interpreter with them and the accompanying interpreter would be admitted free of charge. This can be arranged by emailing tplayhouse@epsom-ewell.gov.uk or phoning the box office on 01372 742555/742227.
If requested, a member of the Playhouse staff would be pleased to contact the interpreter before the visit so that they are familiar with the show content, evacuation procedures and receive answers to any other queries they may have.
Mobility Impaired
There are seats that can be accessed without the use of steps in the Main Auditorium and the Myers Studio. We provide 8 wheelchair spaces in the Main Auditorium and wheelchair spaces in the Myers Studio – the number of spaces would depend on availability at time of booking.
For customers who have difficulty with steps, Row A in the main auditorium is un-stepped level access. The unallocated seating in the Myers studio is mostly un-stepped but dependent on the production and seating plan. Please enquire at the box office if you required un-stepped seating.
Please note that due to Health and Safety reasons, our staff are unable to assist those who require help getting in and out of their transport or mobility equipment.
Accessible toilets and baby changing facilities are available by the main entrance.
Epsom Playhouse is happy to make special arrangements for customers needing extra help getting to their seats. If you would like to visit us to familiarise yourself with the layout, please contact our Front of House team on 01372 742226.
Our staff are regularly provided with basic training in disability awareness and are familiar with our Disability Access Policy, so are happy to answer any questions you have.
If you have any suggestions on how we can improve your visit, we’d love to hear from you. Please email tplayhouse@epsom-ewell.gov.uk or call 01372 742226
