Allow the warm harmonies of Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretal Overture to awaken your senses, before settling in for Bo Lyu’s rendition of the infamous Rachmaninov Piano Concerto number 2.  Often thought of as the greatest piano concerto ever written, the popularity of this iconic work boomed following its use in the 1945 film Brief Encounter.  In their Hall of Fame,
